About the Programme
Fudan University is inviting applications from HKU students currently located in Mainland China for internship opportunity. Please read the internship introduction for more information. The programme information is subject to the final decisions of the host institution.
HKU undergraduate students who are currently located in Mainland China only.
Students should meet all of the programme requirements as stated in the internship introduction.
Applicants should be able to write and read in Chinese, and communicate in Putonghua as the programme activities will be conducted exclusively in Putonghua.
Participants should guarantee FULL PARTICIPATION in the programme, and are required to submit the following documents to Mainland Affairs Office within 10 days after the completion of the programme:
Experience sharing (300 words in both English and Chinese)
5 photographs taken during the participation of the programme

As the programme is sponsored by HKU “China 10,000 Exchange Programme”, the programme fee is covered by the host institution.
Participants are responsible for the transportation to and from the programme destination(s) (i.e. round-trip flight or train between your hometown and destination(s)), as well as other expenses, including but not limited to local transportation expenses, meals and local accommodation.
Participants are strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance according to personal needs, especially for those who wish to extend their stay in the destination(s). For the university coverage, please refer to the policy for undergraduates provided by Finance and Enterprise Office.
To apply for this programme, please follow below steps:
Complete HKU online registration and upload all the required documents by June 5, 2021. (Please note that no information/document(s) uploaded can be changed once the application is submitted.)
Register and submit your application at FDU designated application system by June 5, 2021.
FDU will contact applicants for interview and other issues in due course. Please pay attention to your email or phone for updates.
For credit-bearing programmes, please consult and seek prior approval from your faculty regarding the credit transfer application or related issues. The faculty has the final authority to decide the number of courses and credits taken at the host university to be transferred back to HKU towards your degree.
