About the Programme

Eligibility
HKU full-time students with valid travel documents for entry to the Chinese Mainland are eligible to participate in the programme.
Students should be able to write and read in Chinese, and communicate in Putonghua as the programme activities will be conducted mainly in Putonghua.
Requirement
Participants should guarantee FULL PARTICIPATION in the programme, and are required to submit the following documents to Mainland Affairs Office within 10 days upon the completion of the programme:
Experience sharing (300 words in both English and Chinese)
Survey
5 photographs taken during the participation of the programme
Programme Fee
Participants are responsible for ALL expenses, including but not limited to local accommodation, local transportation, transportation to and from the programme destination(s) (i.e. round-trip transport between Hong Kong and destination(s)) , travel insurance, souvenirs and meals.
Participants are strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance according to personal needs, especially for those who wish to extend their stay in the destination(s). For the university coverage, please refer to the policy for undergraduates and postgraduates provided by Finance and Enterprise Office.
Financial Assistance
Subsidies are provided for HKU students to pursue exchange activities in Mainland China. For eligibility and application, please click here for further details.

After signing up on the HKU China Vision website, check the confirmation email for the organizer’s link and complete both applications.
Tencent will review the application list and contact students for interview directly. Please check your email or phone regularly for updates.
